Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or restaurant preparation time. The App is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Users must not misuse the App by attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit system bugs, or engage in fraudulent activities. Violation of these conditions may lead to permanent account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, app designs, and content are owned by the App. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for food quality issues, incorrect orders, or services provided directly by restaurants. Any dispute regarding food taste, quantity, or hygiene must be directed to the respective restaurant.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions anytime without prior notice. Continued use of the App signifies acceptance of updated terms.
